📦 Shipping & Processing
Typical Expectation:
Processing & Printing Time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping Time: 2–4 weeks (most orders arrive in about 2 weeks).

All shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, and carrier delays. Specific shipping details for each product are listed on that product’s page.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
All products are printed to order just for you. Once your order has entered the printing process, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery using the button at the bottom of this page.
- Include clear photos of the damage.
- Requests without photos will be denied.
Once approved, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
📍 Address Accuracy
We ship to the address you provide at checkout.
- We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if you enter the wrong address.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address USPS cannot deliver to.
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your address and make sure it is USPS-deliverable.
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. CollegeWares is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
📦 Lost Packages & Carrier Delays
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, CollegeWares is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or missed deliveries. We’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost in transit.
🎨 Printed-to-Order Disclaimer
Because each item is printed to order, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. These differences are part of the custom printing process and are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including steaming or ironing. Always follow the care instructions provided with your item.
