Set up numbered shot glasses or small cups.
Fill them with agreed drinks.
Players take turns spinning the wheel or choosing a random number.
The active player drinks the glass matching the result.
Refill or remove that glass based on your house rules.
Play until the glasses are gone, everyone has taken a set number of turns, or the group stops.

How to Play Shot Roulette

SPIN → MATCH NUMBER → DRINK → REFILL OR REMOVE

1. Fill the Glasses

Use equal-size pours. If some glasses are alcohol and some are not, decide whether players can see what they are choosing.

2. Spin or Pick a Number

The active player spins the roulette wheel or uses your DIY randomizer. Whatever number comes up determines the glass.

3. Drink the Matching Glass

The player drinks the matching glass. If the number points to a removed glass, re-spin. Do not negotiate the result for five minutes. It is roulette, not a zoning board.

4. Refill or Remove the Glass

Refilling keeps the game open-ended. Removing glasses creates a clear ending. Removing is better for most groups.

Keep pours small, avoid mixing a bunch of unrelated liquor, and do not make anyone drink something if they do not know what is in it. If you want mystery, make it mystery flavor, not mystery alcohol content.
